a little about me ...

 Prabhu is an exceptional lean coach and coach of coaches.
4  years ago, he jumped into building a team of lean coaches in IT  operations, with me, and coaches in Chennai, Lisbon and Paris. Prabhu  has been instrumental in creating a team spirit, both locally in Chennai  organisation and within our global Lean IT team.
Beyond  his strong knowledge of Lean practice, he did not hesitate to go back  to the roots of Lean, with Toyota Production System (TPS) and how  quality, delivery on time and efficiency would apply to our IT  colleagues serving the bank’s clients. This allowed us to create a  end-to-end value chain approach, which is now the core of our practice.
His  expertise is paired with a great talent in fostering personal  relationships with all parties involved, and his ability to ask the  right question is a critical asset for any teams trying to deliver the  best product/service to their clients.
Prabhu  also coached a fellow lean manager - who is now coaching teams  directly; and team leaders to sustain the lean behaviors towards flow, 0  defect, and client satisfaction.
Beyond  work, Prabhu is also involved in his community, to help and support  young people in learning software they will need to use in their career.
